TimerLink is a web-based application that allows users to create, manage, and share countdown timers. The Service includes:

• Creating and managing personal countdown timers
• Sharing timers via public links
• Real-time synchronization across devices
• User account management and authentication

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

5. User Content

• You retain all rights to the timer labels and content you create
• By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service

• You are solely responsible for the content you create and share
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

6. Shared Links

6.1 Public Access

• Shared timer links are publicly accessible to anyone with the link
• You should not share timers containing sensitive or confidential information via public links
• Password-protected shared links provide additional security but should not be considered completely secure

6.2 Link Management

• You can revoke shared links at any time from your account
• We may disable shared links that violate these terms or applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TimerLink and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission.

7.2 Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

8. Third-Party Services

• The Service uses third-party services (such as Supabase for authentication and data storage)
• Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies
• We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimerLink and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
